The purpose of the training is to familiarize participants with the principles and concepts of Six Sigma, as well as its goals and tools. The participant becomes familiar with the DMAIC algorithm in detail and masters the tools and methods that they can effectively use in each of the project steps.
The participant will be able to clearly specify goals, identify problems and related costs, and interpret the results of analyses obtained by team members. The participant will be fully prepared to actively engage in the work of the Six Sigma improvement team and independently lead a Six Sigma project at the Green Belt level.

• The ability to conduct necessary analyses using spreadsheets (Excel).
• Instructors – Master Black Belt and Black Belt experts with extensive experience.
• Workshop-based format with case studies and numerous exercises.
• Experience in creating a Six Sigma Green Belt project.
Managers, operational managers, team leaders, quality, production, and service specialists, quality/production/process engineers, production and service process improvement specialists, quality representatives, and project managers who will actively participate in the implementation of Six Sigma projects and who also want to independently lead improvement projects.
The training is covered by dual Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Participants receive registered Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificates confirming the competences they have acquired. The condition for obtaining the first Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate is completing the training and passing the Certification Exam. The second Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate is issued after the successful defense of the Six Sigma project.
Our training programs and certification process comply with the standards used by global organizations such as ASQ, CSSC, and IASSC, as well as the ISO 18404:2015 and ISO 13053:2011 standards. Certificates are issued by LQcert – Lynsky Solutions in a bilingual version: Polish-English.
The full training duration 48 hours – 6 training days. The training is divided into training sessions.
